Open Question: if you are from canada please tell me your coastal scents / bh cosmetics stories!?

ive seen so many horror stories about people not recieving the makeup they order from these companies! but i have also seen many good reviews on them i have wanted to order palettes from them for a while, but am very hesitant ive heard people from canada say that they have had to pay their shipping, and then customs charges on top of that? and that customs held their products for a long time. im just looking to see from people in canada how long it took you to recieve your order, what the charges were that you paid, and what the quality is like. would be VERY much appreciated!! i am from the toronto area if it helps...
